Sometimes, radical change requires radical action. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an emerging psychedelic therapy modality that embraces the notion that altered states of consciousness have the potential to heal.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provides a legal, immediate avenue for accessing psychedelic treatment for a vast array of issues that traditional medications and methods may fail at addressing. Backed by current research, and safe for the majority of people, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has the potential to offer radically new perspectives and insights into the unique issues and beliefs that may be a source of suffering.
Multiple doses of ketamine have been shown to be an effect treatment of depression, anxiety, and symptoms of trauma. While not a magic pill, psychedelic therapy in general has the potential to radically accelerate the healing process and provide insights and breakthroughs that would be otherwise difficult to fully grasp in traditional talk therapy.
As a psychedelic therapist, I have hundreds of hours of immersive experience facilitating psychedelic experiences in legal, high caliber environments with a wide variety of clients. I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Polaris Insight Center, and have served for over a year and half as a psilocybin retreat leader and therapist with MycoMeditations, one of the world’s leading legal psilocybin retreat centers.
Each Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy session is a unique, powerful experience that usually takes 3 hours. Additionally, I offer in-depth preparation and integration sessions surrounding each KAP session, which are designed to help you get the most out of each journey, maximizing benefits and reducing potential harm.
My approach to psychedelic integration is rooted in Jungian depth psychology and IFS Therapy, embracing the rich symbolic world that often emerges from the unconscious when working with psychedelic medicines and altered states of consciousness. I have studied, written, and taught extensively about psychedelic integration, and have hundreds of hours of offering this to a vast variety of clients from around the world.
I work with Dr. Lindsay Wilkinson, ND, LAc as a medical prescriber for ketamine, and require new clients to undergo a medical intake screening prior to our work together. If you already have a primary therapist and are only seeking KAP, then your therapist, myself, and Dr. Wilkinson will work together as a team to formulate the best possible treatment plan for you.
