I help people find meaning and guidance through the archetypal terrain of the soul.

Each unique person requires their own unique therapy. I won’t try to slot you into a theory or category, or try and “fix” you. Instead, I work through building our relationship, listening for the deeper meaning in what you have to say, and learning about who you really are. I integrate a depth psychological perspective in all of my work, and am trained in both Internal Family Systems and Ecopsychology, as well as 2 years of experience as an experiential educator and youth guide.

Depth Psychology

Based upon the psychological tradition established by C.G. Jung, depth psychology understands that our individual psyches are informed by collective, archetypal elements. Our problems, issues, and fears are often rooted in the unconscious, or what Jung called our shadow. Instead of simply changing unwanted behaviors, depth psychology helps us address the root cause.

This psychological approach can help you navigate the turbulent waters of life by framing your life and struggles in the context of the greater web of human experience. This is often done through working with dreams, archetypes, and transformative life experiences such as initiation and rites of passage.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative, systems-based approach to working with conflicted, wounded, and often misunderstood parts of ourselves. The core of the IFS model is centered around helping clients access the loving, undamaged, and empowered core of their deep Self, which exists within everyone regardless of life experiences or traumas. This evidence-based methodology is one of the fastest growing forms of psychotherapy today, and is proven to be effective in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, amongst other issues.
