Counseling for Men
Men need help, perhaps now more than ever. I am passionate about helping men transform their lives, strengthen their relationships, and discover deep meaning & purpose amidst the daily grind.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
One of the fastest growing modalities of therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) works with the various “parts” of your personality to help resolve unconscious inner struggles. IFS is a perfect modality for psychedelic integration, as well as archetypal and Jungian psychotherapy.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine is an emerging psychedelic therapy modality rapidly gaining acceptance for treating issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. As a psychedelic therapist, I bring a wealth of immersive facilitation experience, and offer Ketamine treatment packages that include in-depth preparation and integration sessions.

About Me
With a masters (MA) in depth counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, I offer depth psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and coaching for people looking to find greater meaning, purpose, and wholeness in their life. People who really want to do “the work.”
Men’s Groups
Men have always gathered together. That is, until recently. Many men today are increasingly isolated, depressed, and unsure of what their true purpose in life is. Navigating society’s expectations of who you should be while staying true to who you really are can feel crushing. That’s why having a supportive circle of other men can make a profound difference in your life.

Remote Therapy
Whether out of necessity or preference, people are finding that remote therapy works for them. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are all being asked to find new ways to seek and offer help to each other. Remote therapy allows us to have a therapy session in the comfort of your own home. Research shows that remote therapy is just as effective as in person sessions.
What is Initiation?
In indigenous cultures initiation was a structured, communally held and understood rite of passage, where one was separated from the known world and taken deep into the mysteries of the tribe, totem, or spirit. Quite a far cry from the blackout frat parties of today. Modern culture, with our shallow graduation ceremonies and lost weekends, is looking for something we don’t even know exists.
